Horizon Fintex Advisors Ltd. guides MERJ Exchange listing applicants through the initial listing process and continuing obligations thereafter. We have an obligation to MERJ Exchange for advising and guiding companies on the admission process and continuing obligations once listed. We provide a value-added service to issuers and help maintain the overall integrity of MERJ markets. We ensure adherence by applicants and listed issuers to the prevailing Listing Rules in place on MERJ at the time and advise issuers on their initial and ongoing obligations as laid out in the Listing Rules. We will advise if it is the appropriate time for you to take your company to market and undertake various duties such as:
- Listing method
- Structure of the Board of Directors
- Coordinating a flotation/listing timetable
- Pricing strategy
- Marketing strategy
- Liquidity strategy
- Submitting the listing application
If your shares are free-trading on an exchange that works with Horizon Fintex Advisors Ltd., then the Upstream app will start the process to transfer shares to your Upstream portfolio and may take up to 2 working days to complete.
If your shares are not free-trading on an exchange that works with Horizon Fintex Advisors Ltd., then the Upstream app will start the process to transfer shares to your Upstream portfolio and a representative from Horizon Fintex Advisors Ltd. will email you a Customer Deposit form to complete. This deposit process may take up to 10 working days to complete.
